The vision of the Miss High School pageant is to combine Beauty with Purpose by uniting the energy and flair of the youth with the sense of responsibility and caring derived from contributing to the various communities from which the contestants originate

The pageant is aimed at identifying bright, young individuals who will be ambassadors to represent High School students in South Africa, in various initiatives, with the main one being the Girl Power initiative.

The objective of the pageant is to empower young girls through education, participating in charity work therefore building social awareness and responsibility amongst them. This will also build confidence and leadership skills as winning girls would also become role models in their schools, communities, other schools and to young children across the country. The finalists would also be workshopped and get mentorship from other influential women in the corporate, business, social and even political world. This competition would see more and more high school girls strive in taking care of themselves, their femininity, their beauty and academics to be chosen to participate in the pageant as we would not only be looking for beauty but leadership and intelligence as well.

The pageant is organised and hosted by GEES! Entertainment

Closing date for entries: 30 June 2024
